Let’s start by saying that we don’t expect you to go as far as having a poo ranking chart on your coffee mug. Just so you feel OK ‘opening up’ to talk about your bowels, here is our version of the famous “Bristol stool chart” based on the descriptions provided by clients of what their poo looks like. As you can see it also helps us to determine what might be lacking in the gut or diet.
You don’t have to accept an unacceptable bowel motion. With a bit of guidance and the right advice, the only time you will need to think poo is when you are on the loo and then you do!
