Low FODMAP Coffee

Is it hard to find lactose-free milk or low FODMAP soy milk when you go out for coffee?

The easiest way to make sure your cappuccino is low FODMAP is to take lactase drops with you. Pop in to your coffee as soon as it is served, stir and wait a few minutes for the enzyme to break down lactose, then relax and enjoy your coffee.

‘Lacteeze’ or ‘Lactaid’ are two common brands of lactase drops, found online or at a pharmacy/chemist.
